📋 Description

• End-to-end oversight of live automation projects across multiple regions.
• Facilitate daily cross-regional stand-ups; track actions.
• Liaise with PMs and regional leads to surface blockers.
• Produce weekly programme status reports for senior leaders.
• Own the program's single source of truth; update daily.
• Plan ahead across workstreams; anticipate risks.

• Hands-on experience with creative automation tools and production workflows
• Proven ability to lead multi-region programmes and cross-functional teams
• Strong client relationships and clear communication
• Knowledge of automation platforms; translate client feedback into actions
• Design and implement ways of working; maintain documentation
• Risk management, issue resolution, and escalation skills
