Senior Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and maintain intelligent automation and reasoning layers for workflows
• Translate manual processes into scalable automation
• Build AI agents using Claude, Codex, or equivalents
• Define rules, data-quality controls, and safety gates for automation
• Connect systems via APIs, webhooks, n8n, and similar tools
• Build frontend automation components using TypeScript

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of automation experience with a portfolio of impactful automations
• Proven API integration and system-to-system connectivity
• Hands-on with low-code/workflow platforms such as n8n or equivalent
• Experience building AI agents with Claude, Codex, or similar tools
• Strong systems-thinking to convert complex processes into automation architectures
• Experience shipping automation in an engineering environment
