Senior Azure Administrator

📋 Description

• Provide senior Azure administration and infrastructure support across multiple managed service
• Act as an escalation point for Azure, Windows, identity, networking, monitoring, backup, and
• Support and maintain Azure services including virtual machines, storage, networking, Azure Active
• Work with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, design
• Support hybrid and on-premises environments including VMware, ESXi, Commvault, Windows Server
• Maintain and improve operational documentation, runbooks, technical designs, support procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience working in IT infrastructure, managed services, or cloud operations.
• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure environments in production.
• Hands-on experience supporting on-premises infrastructure platforms, including ESXi, VMware
• Experience supporting enterprise customers across incident, problem, change, request, and service
• Ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across cloud, identity
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in a controlled managed service
