Senior B2B Credit Policy Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve B2B credit policies for granting and expanding limits.
• Monitor portfolio risk using overdue rates, bad debt, and payment behavior.
• Develop risk-based pricing by analyzing customer profiles and terms.
• Partner with data teams to build credit and behavior scoring models.
• Support automation and data-driven decision making across processes.
• Advise Sales and Customer Success to align growth with financial sustainability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, statistics, business, or finance.
• Proven B2B credit risk experience: policy development, limit management, pricing.
• Advanced SQL; experience with Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Python knowledge a plus.
• Experience with automated decision engines and credit scoring (application/behavioral).
• Strong corporate financial analysis skills: P&L and SME cash flow.
