📋 Description

• Design and build the backend services powering Operator
• Develop scalable retrieval systems connecting engineering knowledge
• Build APIs and services for AI-powered experiences across the platform
• Improve search quality, data pipelines, and knowledge retrieval
• Expand Operator with reporting dashboards and engineering insights
• Design systems organizing company knowledge across units and domains

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building production backend software
• Strong experience with Python and modern backend development
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native apps
• Strong understanding of databases, architecture, and scalable backend design
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teammates
