Own systems from architecture to deployment, testing, monitoring, and optimization
Develop REST and GraphQL APIs; optimize data access with PostgreSQL and Redis
Collaborate with product/design/engineers; apply AI-assisted tooling; strong system fundamentals
Troubleshoot across app, data, and infrastructure; own deployments; mentor peers

🎯 Requirements

Backend engineering in TypeScript, Golang, or both
PostgreSQL and Redis in real-time or distributed environments
REST and GraphQL API design and implementation
Strong systems design for multi-service architectures
Docker and Kubernetes; own deployment practices
Debugging across app, data, infra; incident diagnosis/mitigation
