Senior Back-end Engineer (C#/.NET) - Software

📋 Description

• Deconstruct complex business problems into modular, clean solutions.
• Build foundational frameworks and apply DDD and CQRS patterns.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using C#, .NET Core, Web API, EF
• Work with SQL Server: database design, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, performance
• Take end-to-end responsibility for testing (unit, integration, performance) in a Shift Left/no QA
• Leverage AI development tools to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise or SaaS software development with C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
• Strong OOP, design patterns, enterprise architecture, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming.
• Practical experience with DDD, CQRS, and clean separation of business and data access layers.
• Active daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) in development.
• Familiarity with Angular (or modern front-end frameworks), Git, and CI/CD in an Agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for distributed teams.
