Senior Backend Cloud Developer II, Developer Experience (DevEx)

📋 Description

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo Rollouts.
• Build and maintain internal tooling, SDKs, and self-service platform on Kubernetes (EKS) with GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Own infrastructure-as-code across AWS accounts (Terraform/Atmos).
• Define guidelines for rolling production changes safely with devs and ops.
• Track metrics with Cortex to validate the impact of changes.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers on cloud-native development and AI practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/platform engineering; 2+ years in infra/tooling.
• Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and GitOps with ArgoCD.
• Proficiency designing/operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Harness, CodeFresh).
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Atmos).
• Strong AWS knowledge including networking, IAM, distributed systems.
• Go, Python, or Java; ship production-grade internal tooling.
