Senior Backend / Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design PostgreSQL schemas with row-level security (RLS) for multi-tenant apps
• Build async backend services in Python (FastAPI) with Pydantic validation
• Architect scalable data pipelines and multi-stage processing workflows
• Enforce data isolation patterns in shared databases
• Write OpenAPI contracts for cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with AI/LLM leads on data integration and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Python backend development
• PostgreSQL architecture (RLS, multi-tenancy, schema design)
• FastAPI or similar async Python framework
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and async processing
• 5+ years total software engineering (backend and data)
• Contract-first/API-first with OpenAPI/REST
