Senior Backend developer

📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios
• Collaborate effectively within your team and with cross-functional partners, such as Product
• Maintain and improve the team's engineering practices, suggesting and implementing technology
• Play a key part in migrating legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures, driving
• Support system and data migrations, ensuring minimal disruption, backward compatibility, and
• Proactively identify areas of improvement in team systems, processes, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in backend software engineering roles
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Hands-on knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server
• Experience with message queues or streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka)
• Exposure to legacy system modernization or platform migration projects is highly valued
