Build for extensibility to add new campaign types and channels.
Drive operational excellence with observability and on-call readiness.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience building large distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
Strong backend skills (Python, Ruby) and API design (REST/GraphQL/gRPC).
Relational databases expertise with PostgreSQL (design and query optimization).
Cloud and distributed tech: GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
SDLC practices (Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions) and mentoring engineers.
