• 5+ years backend software engineering in production.
• Java/Spring Boot and Node.js/Next.js; MongoDB/MySQL.
• Microservices architecture, service development, testing, integration.
• CI/CD pipelines, container technologies, automated testing.
• Owning software systems: operate, maintain, modernize in production.
• Senior capacity: mentoring or guiding engineers.
• AI development tools experience to accelerate delivery.
• Fluent in English.
