Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and operate backend services supporting WebRTC and Voice SDK products
• Take responsibility for services covering authentication and token management, proxying, push
• Improve the reliability, scalability, maintainability, and overall architecture of customer-facing
• Enhance connection establishment, authentication flows, routing, session behavior, and service
• Build robust observability through logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts, and operational tooling
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across application services, networking layers, client

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience building and operating backend services in production, particularly
• Hands-on experience with Elixir or Erlang, or strong backend engineering expertise combined with
• Experience building or operating real-time, low-latency, or connection-oriented systems.
• Strong understanding of backend fundamentals, including authentication, service communication
• Demonstrated ownership of services across design, development, deployment, monitoring
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and modern production infrastructure.
