Develop highly scalable backends for millions of users
Build microservices in distributed env using Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate with Product Owners to define features and user stories
Participate in code reviews and ensure alignment with architecture
Respond to production incidents to keep services running
Mentor junior engineers and participate in team ceremonies; on-call may be required

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in a backend role
Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data and iBATIS experience
Strong experience with scalable web backends
Designing highly transactional systems
Advanced OO design and analysis skills
Proficiency in SQL and related data tech (MySQL, Redis)
