Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop backend services for our core Revenue Management System.
• Build distributed services, data pipelines, and autopilot infra using Go and Python.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional squad to deliver features end-to-end.
• Shape service boundaries, data ownership, and technical tradeoffs.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate coding, docs, and daily tasks.
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including frontend work.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend development with Go or Python/Django.
• Collaborative experience in a cross-functional squad.
• Architectural mindset on service boundaries, data ownership, and tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code.
• Product-minded with focus on user and business impact.
• Fluent in English.
