Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead major team-scoped projects and cross-team HR & Payroll initiatives.
• Provide feedback and propose solutions using technical insights.
• Maintain domain understanding from product and engineering.
• Review code and contribute to the shared codebase.
• Debug and solve technical and business issues.
• Redesign engineering delivery to use autonomous agents by default.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Experience designing/adopting agentic automation workflows and iterating.
• Systems thinking: define specs, break down plans, verify quality.
• Postgres (or similar).
• CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
