Collaborate with frontend, backend, SRE and QA teams.
Mentor engineers and contribute to the shared codebase.
Debug and resolve technical and business issues; participate in RFC discussions.
Redesign how engineering ships with autonomous agents as default execution layer.

🎯 Requirements

Strong fundamentals and a track record shipping secure, reliable systems.
Experience designing or adopting agentic automation workflows.
Systems thinking: define specs, plan, verify, and ensure quality.
PostgreSQL (or similar) experience.
CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
Strong automation and AI fluency.
