Senior BackEnd Engineer

📋 Description

• Own architecture of scalable Python microservices and data integrations.
• Serve as technical right-hand to Engineering Team Lead.
• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend systems using AsyncIO and FastAPI.
• Build and maintain integrations with external APIs and data sources.
• Collaborate across Product, Frontend, DevOps, and Security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development in backend systems architecture and distributed components.
• Proficient in Python or C# with clean code architecture and OO design.
• Proven track record leading technical projects end-to-end, including planning and risk mitigation.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, asynchronous communication, and multi-tier data pipelines.
• Experience with AsyncIO, FastAPI, Celery, Docker, Linux, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Prior experience as a technical team lead, guiding sprint planning and mentoring engineers.
