Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of high-throughput core ad-exchange components.
• Write optimized, highly concurrent Go or Java code, owning system performance.
• Mentor Dublin team members; elevate code quality via PR reviews; set engineering standards.
• Own critical services from design through CI/CD deployment and production monitoring.
• Partner with EM and product to translate requirements into scalable architecture.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing infra footprint, and leading incident resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering, focused on distributed backend systems.
• Deep expertise in Go or Java with concurrency, memory management, and performance profiling.
• Proven track record architecting and scaling high-throughput, low-latency apps.
• Experience with GCP/AWS and Kubernetes/Docker at scale.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), IaC (Terraform), observability (Grafana, ELK).
• Experience using agentic-assisted tools (Claude Code, Codex) to boost velocity.
