📋 Description

• Research, design, and build core services for a real-time RFQ orchestration engine, including

• 6+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems, with demonstrated
• Proven experience taking systems from 0-to-1 through production hardening and ongoing operation.
• Experience building systems where correctness and reliability have direct financial implications
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market structure, including central limit order
• Strong backend systems design and development skills, with sound judgment around reliability
• Ability to reason about inventory risk, execution quality, pricing decisions, and their commercial
