Senior Backend Engineer, Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Design and operate distributed, event-driven systems for financial data.
• Build typed Python APIs/services (FastAPI + Pydantic) for agentic workflows.
• Own end-to-end data architecture: schemas, events, ledger models.
• Develop resilient infra: queues, retries, idempotency, observability.
• Work at the systems+AI frontier; enable model feedback loops.
• Ship platform foundations: frameworks and SDKs to accelerate engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience with Python at scale.
• Deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database design.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven or microservices.
• Familiarity with GCP services (Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL).
• Strong security and compliance practices.
• Passion for building backends powering intelligent products.
