📋 Description

• Design and build flow components and agentic flows in Flow Registry with Python and LangGraph.
• Develop backend features for Duo Chat across Python and Rails monoliths.
• Integrate AI models and multi-agent orchestration to improve answer quality.
• Design and review GraphQL/REST APIs and chat entry points with clear contracts.
• Improve debugging, observability, and test coverage with pytest and RSpec.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, frontend, and AI teams to deliver improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Production Python backend experience with APIs and data models.
• AI-powered backend features with LLM integration and multi-agent orchestration.
• Ruby on Rails proficiency; willingness to learn.
• REST/GraphQL API design with scalability and backward compatibility.
• Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL familiarity.
• Async, distributed teamwork; LangGraph/LangChain a plus.
