Senior Backend Engineer (AI Fluent) - Temporary

📋 Description

• Take a leadership role in the design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios, consumed by
• Work directly with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders to understand the problem
• Use AI-powered development tools daily to move faster, and help the team adopt them responsibly.
• Own production readiness: monitoring, alerting, and observability from day one, and lead the
• Lead by example in code quality and code reviews, and act as a focal point for engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend engineering, with a track record of handling technical trade-offs and ambiguity.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or a similar object-oriented language.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Hands-on experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with message queues or streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
