🎯 Requirements

3+ years of industry experience building backend systems and APIs
Strong development and debugging skills in TypeScript/Node.js, or proficiency in another language
Hands-on experience with AI tools
Experiment-driven, collaborative mindset
Strong technical background or great professional track record
Good communication skills in English
