📋 Description

• Build and maintain robust .NET (C#) backend services for Cashalo lending
• Design and optimize SQL Server data models and queries for performance
• Own features end-to-end from requirements to deployment with stakeholders
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and deployment on Azure
• Collaborate with Tilt engineers (US/India) on architecture best practices
• Mentor team through code reviews and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on proficiency in .NET (C#) backend systems
• Strong SQL Server experience: data modeling, query optimization
• Azure cloud services knowledge (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage)
• Strong REST API design and consumption fundamentals
