Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement enterprise-grade backend services to scale with Unit’s needs.
• Own and develop Unit features end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Solve complex problems in a large-scale distributed microservices environment.
• Collaborate with teams across Unit to deliver features in Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending.
• Develop developer-facing solutions with a focus on performance and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend development in a microservice environment.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying and maintaining scalable cloud systems.
• Strong understanding of production systems concepts: high availability, reliability, scalability.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Kubernetes production experience - advantage.
