• Lead projects from concept to rollout across Pyroscope.
• Design, build, and operate core ingestion, storage, and query components.
• Integrate profiling as a Grafana platform feature with trace-to-profile links.
• APIs, CLI, and docs for AI agents to drive profiling end-to-end.
• Push operational excellence: autoscaling, long-query UX, reduced toil.
• Boost adoption with guided onboarding and use-case driven docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systems programming experience; Go preferred; Rust/C/C++/Python/Java ok.
• Distributed systems in production; multi-tenant SaaS.
• Product sense; comfortable with customers and ambiguity; no PM.
• Curiosity and courage; ask hard questions and challenge status quo.
• Strong software craftsmanship; clean, robust, maintainable code.
• Operational mindset; on-call/SRE-like work; reliability as a feature.
