• Lead projects end-to-end from concept to rollout
• Design, build, operate core components: ingestion, storage, query
• Own profiling roadmap, aligning with Grafana teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Go; Pyroscope is written in Go
• Experience with Rust, C, C++, Python or Java
• Prior distributed systems in production
• Product-minded; partner with customers, no PM
• Strong software craftsmanship and clean code
• Operational mindset; SRE-like reliability, IaC
