📋 Description

• Deliver significant technical projects end-to-end
• Own major components of Tempo ingestion, storage, query, metrics
• Build APIs for humans and agents
• Drive operational excellence against concrete SLOs
• Collaborate with Product and sibling teams
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call
