Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir)

📋 Description

• Work on tools, APIs, and integrations for our products.
• Backend is Elixir/Phoenix; Postgres DB; frontend uses React/Next.js.
• Deploys via CI/CD on AWS; GitLab for VCS and CI.
• Collaborate across Frontend, Backend, SRE and QA in cross-functional teams.
• Own and improve engineering processes; drive ownership and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals; track record shipping secure, reliable systems.
• Practical experience designing/adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Think in systems: define specs, break down plans, verify, ensure quality.
• Postgres (or similar).
• CI/CD (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar).
• Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
