Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir)

📋 Description

• Work on APIs and integrations for Remote products.
• Backend built with Elixir and Phoenix; Postgres DB.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams: Frontend, SRE, QA.
• Ship features with CI/CD on AWS.
• Contribute to a reusable codebase and tooling.
• Mentor engineers and provide code-review feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend fundamentals for secure, reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience designing automation workflows and improving them.
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, verify quality.
• Postgres (or similar) experience.
• CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
• Demonstrates automation and AI fluency.
