Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir)

📋 Description

• Lead major team projects and cross-team HR/Payroll work.
• Participate in product work; offer solutions using technical insight.
• Maintain knowledge of the team's product and engineering domain.
• Provide feedback on code reviews; contribute to the codebase.
• Debug issues and participate in RFC discussions and rotations.

• PostgreSQL database expertise
