Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir)

📋 Description

• Lead major team projects for Remote's HR/Payroll products.
• Actively participate in product work; provide feedback and solutions.
• Maintain strong understanding of the team's domain (prod/eng).
• Debug and solve technical and business issues.
• Mentor and guide other engineers; participate in reviews.
• Redesign engineering work flows to use autonomous agents.
