Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir)

📋 Description

• Lead major team projects and cross-team HR/Payroll initiatives.
• Actively contribute to product work; share feedback and solutions.
• Maintain deep understanding of the team's domain (product + engineering).
• Provide feedback on code reviews; contribute to shared codebase.
• Mentor engineers; participate in rotations, RFCs, hiring.
• Redesign how engineering ships work with autonomous agents; plan and execute.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems.
• Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• System thinking: define specs, break down plans, verify results.
• PostgreSQL experience (or similar).
• CI/CD experience (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI fluency.
