🎯 Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of backend/infra experience
Strong knowledge building software applications at scale
Technical leadership / TL experience
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve large, open-ended problems
Strategic and architectural thinking balancing short- and long-term needs
