🎯 Requirements

6+ years building production-grade backend systems used by real users
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features to production, incl. non-determinism and cost
Evaluation mindset; measure changes with data-backed claims
Track record debugging distributed systems in production
Fluency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
