Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

📋 Description

• Lead design and evolution of scalable backend systems
• Architect reusable backend codebases, services, and libraries
• Translate product requirements into backend designs
• Design robust APIs, data models, and service integrations
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, docs, performance
• Own features end-to-end: estimation, development, deployment, monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Solid backend engineering experience on production systems
• Strong expertise in Golang and concurrent service development
• Understanding of backend system design and full lifecycle
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC (versioning, docs)
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization
• Commitment to delivering quality, well-tested, maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving abilities and autonomy in driving solutions
