🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend experience in JVM stack (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot).
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.
• Experience navigating integrations across large partner networks and legacy systems.
• User-first mindset; secure, well-tested code and strong testing culture.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow via pair programming.
• Fluent in English.
