Hybrid role based in Bengaluru; in-office 2-3 days/week.
Collaborate with local and APAC engineering teams to scale the platform.
Expand platform to support multiple financial products and instruments.
Drive iterations on credit policy and improve credit decision systems.
Collaborate with product, credit/finance, compliance, support and analytics teams.

🎯 Requirements

Strong Java experience (ideally .NET too).
Experience in AWS-native environments with DynamoDB, Athena and Lambda.
Experience delivering scalable platform solutions.
Clear communicator; able to collaborate with global teams.
Product-engineer mindset; own solutions from start to finish.
