Senior Backend Engineer - Node.js

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable apps using NodeJS, TS, MongoDB, Docker
• Contribute hands-on across the full SDLC from design to deployment and support
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and product to deliver features
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retros
• Review designs, requirements, and specs to ensure quality
• Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, testing, observability, security

🎯 Requirements

• NodeJS and TypeScript in production
• MongoDB NoSQL design: schema modelling, indexing, aggregation
• Docker and containerised development
• Scalable backend systems and APIs design
• Event-driven architectures and distributed systems
• Cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and Kubernetes
