🎯 Requirements

• Core Software Engineering Expertise: Proven track record designing and maintaining highly available
• Payments Domain Experience: Hands-on fintech/banking experience; familiarity with transactional
• Tech-Agnostic Mindset: Proficient in at least one major backend language; strong in distributed
• Production & Observability: Experience building APIs, integrating systems, and setting up
• Communication: Clear English communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
