Senior Backend Engineer: Recommendations

📋 Description

• Build, deploy, and support robust recommendations services (IO/cpu/data)
• Write AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins jobs, GitHub Actions following best practices
• Set up observability and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, CloudWatch
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and stability testing for recommendations
• Collaborate with partners to develop and update recommendations features
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CS background and networking principles
• Designing, developing, maintaining high-load real-time services
• IaC with CloudFormation or Terraform
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup and improvement
• Python, plus Go or Rust
• NoSQL and relational databases; distributed systems and caching
