📋 Description

• Design scalable technical solutions for business problems.
• Ship code using Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and React.
• Deploy and iterate with CircleCI and Spinnaker; gather feedback.
• Build competency with our L&D budget and high-performance team.
• Maintain services: monitor, diagnose root causes, deploy fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in a STEM subject, or proven craft via alternative routes.
• 7+ years in a mature engineering team.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Java/Spring; Kotlin or Ruby also used.
• Experience with relational databases; frontend work possible.
• Demonstrable track record of impact in prior roles.
• Highly driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
