• Significant experience as a software/product engineer with strong full-stack knowledge and backend
• Advanced proficiency with Ruby and Ruby on Rails; solid understanding of modern frontend
• Strong PostgreSQL expertise with experience optimizing at scale.
• Experience designing and evolving GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs with scalability and backward
• Experience leading multi-engineer projects and providing technical guidance through code reviews
• Product-minded with ability to balance user needs, technical, product, and business considerations.
