📋 Description

• Bring platform to next level: load/stress-test for largest deployments, close gaps
• Push infrastructure and GPU capacity strategy for larger deployments
• Collaborate with AI/ML researchers/engineers to put innovations to production
• Extend and harden multi-tenancy platform for new customers and regions
• Deepen observability for faster production issue resolution
• Design and evolve service APIs as platform grows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer shipping software in the cloud
• Evaluated/adopted workflow-orchestration or distributed-pipeline tooling (e.g., Temporal, Celery
• Hands-on experience with identity/auth systems (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) and multi-tenant
• Comfortable with observability tooling (distributed tracing, metrics, structured logging)
• Fluent in multiple languages, Python being strongest
• First-hand experience with databases (relational/document-oriented), service-oriented
