Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale distributed backend systems serving millions of users.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design to monitoring.
• Architect real-time, low-latency APIs for AI-driven conv. systems.
• Develop cloud-native Java services for reliability and scale.
• Work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes/ECS in deployments.
• Collaborate with product, infra and other teams to ship production-ready systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend engineering experience
• Proficient in modern Java (17+)
• Cloud-native architectures (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes/ECS
• Experience with Redis and Apache Kafka
• Exposure to LLM integration, observability, and high availability
• Strong English communication and collaboration
