Senior Backend Engineer (Trading)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain core trading modules on the Java stack (order reception, matching, settlement).
• Optimize performance and reduce latency in high concurrency; millisecond order responses.
• Design distributed trading architectures for high availability at peak traffic (10k+ orders/sec).
• Implement trading rules such as spot T+0 and futures margin/margin-call mechanisms.
• Collaborate with quantitative trading to support API interfaces for high-frequency trading.
• Monitor systems, plan disaster recovery, and reduce production risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related; 3-5 yrs Java; 1+ yr trading system exp.
• Strong Java fundamentals and concurrent programming; JVM tuning.
• Familiarity with Netty and Disruptor; low-latency exp preferred.
• Understanding core trading logic, order book design, and matching.
• Distributed design principles; Kafka, Redis, and MySQL in trading.
• Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks via logs/monitoring.
