Senior Backend Engineer, Trading Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Build features to speed up trading infrastructure and add new algorithms.
• Integrate exchanges and improve platform performance.
• Collaborate with Product to plan features and write tests.
• Grow to understand the full trading system and services.
• Use deductive reasoning to solve cross-system problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Golang (preferred) or C#/C++/Java
• Self-starter capable of driving projects end-to-end
• Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale
• Focus on code quality, tests, security, and UX
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Knowledge of order types, routing, exchange management, and performance
• Crypto/blockchain interest; SQL and Snowflake a plus
