Senior Backend .NET Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and architecture discussions for complex backend systems
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices in coding and testing
• Manage critical components of the application lifecycle, from design through deployment
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate with product owners and partners to influence technical direction
• Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET 8, C# 12+, and ASP.NET Core
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven design
• Design secure APIs with authentication and authorization best practices
• Experience profiling and optimizing large-scale applications
