Senior Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services using Go in microservices.
• Deploy and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Lead architecture and implementation of new features from concept to production.
• Apply CS fundamentals to distributed systems, scalability, and performance.
• Build secure integrations with identity providers and Okta for SSO.
• Drive reliability, observability, and maintainability across the stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience with multiple programming languages.
• CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OS, networking, concurrency, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience building enterprise-grade apps with authentication/identity solutions such as Okta or IdP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fully remote teams.
